Alexander Goma is an experienced business leader with over thirty years experience building people, customers and brands across multiple organisations, including Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco, Guinness, PZ Cussons and Grand Cereals Limited.

Prior to that role, he has held various roles such as MD/CEO, Grand Cereals Ltd; External Affairs and Strategy Director, PZ Cussons Nigeria; Managing Director, PZ Cussons Consumer; Sales Director, Guinness Nigeria and Head of Trade marketing and Distribution, BAT Nigeria. He held several roles in Procter & Gamble, including Country Manager Senegal, Gambia and Mauritania; District manager, Ghana; District Manager, North & West Nigeria; Customer Marketing Manager, Nigeria and Fabric Care Customer Marketing Manager, Egypt.
